摘要
[目的]为防治鸡球虫病提供合理的用药方案。[方法]以1日龄健康AA肉仔鸡为试验动物,复方中药(青蒿、常山、仙鹤草、地榆炭、当归等按一定比例合成。)和盐霉素(西药)为供试药品,对肉仔鸡人工感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫,然后将供试药物按一定剂量拌入鸡饲料,研究复方中药和西药单独及联合用药对鸡球虫病的防治效果。[结果]盐霉素组、0.50%、0.25%、0.10%和0.05%复方中药组的抗球虫指数和鸡存活率分别为124.51、113.55、138.74、146.70、117.03和80.00%、70.00%、83.33%、86.67%、66.67%,2组中西药结合组的抗球虫指数分别为136.44和131.11。[结论]0.1%复方中药的抗球虫效果最好,且优于常用抗球虫药物盐霉素,而中、西药联合用药并无明显的抗球虫效果。
The aim was to provide the reasonable medication program for controlling chicken Eimeria tenellar. [Method] With 1 day old healthy AA broilers as the tested animalsand compound Chinese medicine (combined by Artemisia annua L., Changshan, Agrimony, Sanguisorba officinalis L. and Angelica sinensis (Oily.) with certain proportion) and Salinomycin (western medicine) as tire tested drugs, the broilers were artificially infected by E. tenellar. Then the tested drugs with certain dosage were added into chicken, s feed and the control effects of single and combined medication of compound Chinese medicine and western medicine on chicken E. tenellar were studied. [ Result] The anticeceidial indexs 'and survival rates of chicken in Salinomycin group, 0.50%, 0.25%, 0.10% 'and 0.05% compound Chinese medicine groups were 124.51, 113.55, 138.74, 146.70, 117.03 and 80.00%, 70.00%, 83.33%, 86.67%, 66.67% resp. The anticoccidial indexs of 2 groups of combined Chinese medicine and western medicine were 136.44 and 131.11 resp. [Conclusion] The anticoccidial effect of 0.10% compound Chinese medicine was rite best, being better than that of Salinomycin which was commonly used for controlling E. tenellar. The combined medication of Chinese nredicine and western tredicine had no obvious anticoccidial effect.
