摘要
[目的]为利用微生物处理水中的F-提供理论依据.[方法]通过菌株的驯化、分离与筛选、富集培养和吸附平衡试验研究假单胞菌对水中F-的吸附特性[结果]18株细菌对F-的吸附能力相差很大,大部分细菌的吸附率都在10%~20%以内,细菌A,和生的吸附率分别为30.76%和33.4%,这2株细菌均被鉴定为假单胞菌。这2株细菌对初始浓度为20mg/L的F吸附效果最明显。2株细菌的F-吸附率在开始阶段增长很快,在前60min内,其F-吸附量占总吸附量的90%以上,稳定后吸附率约为22.69%和28.44%。在28℃时2株细菌的吸附率均达最大。pH为6时,假单胞菌A1的吸附率达到最高(2288%),pH=7时假单胞菌如吸附率达到最高(28.26%)。结论假单胞菌吸附F-的最适DH为6~7.最适温度为28℃.
[Objective]The purpose of the study was to provide theoretical foundation for dislmsing F in water with microorganism. [Method] The adsorption characteristics of pseudomonas to F^- in water were studied through domestieation, isolatiou and selection, enrichment culture and adsorption equilibrium test on its strains. [Result] There was very great difference among the adsorption abilities of the 18 bacterial strains to F^- and the adsorption rates of most bacteria were between 10% and 20%. 3he adsorption rates of bacteria Al and A3 were 30.76% and 33.4% resp. and both of them were identified to be pseudornonas. The adsorption effect of these 2 bacterial strains on F^- with initial conch, at 20 mg/L was most obvious and their adsorption rates to F^- was increasing rapidly in begiuning stage. In the 60 rain from beginning, their adsorption amounts of F- accounted for more than 90% of their total adsorption amount and their stabilized adsorption rates were ahout 22.69% and 28.44%. Their adsorption rates reached maximum at 28℃. When pH value was 6, the 'adsorption rate of pseudomonas A1 reached its highest value (22.88%) and When pH value was 7, the adsorption rate of pseudornonas A3 reached its highest value (28.26%). [ Conclusion] The optimum pH value was 6 - 7 and the optimum temperature was 28℃ for adsorbing F- with pseadomonas.
