摘要
高等植物的性别表达具有多态性和可塑性,激素在植物的性别分化中发挥着重要的调控作用。一般认为,赤霉素和细胞分裂素是影响植物性别分化的主要激素,其他类型的激素通过改变这两种激素的活性而影响性别表达。激素对性别表达的调控作用在生理生化水平上与动物性激素的作用具有相似性,分子水平的研究则表明,植物激素是植物性别分化诱导信号之一,同一激素在不同植物中可能通过信号转导过程的差异而导致不同性别分化程序的表达。调节性别分化的基因的鉴定和研究工作将有助于揭示激素对性别分化的分子调控机理,这方面的研究还处于起步阶段。
Sex expression of higher plants is polymorphic and labile. Phytohonnone plays an important role in the regulation of the sex differentiation in
higher plants. It is generally believed that GA and cytokinin are the main plant hormanes affecting sex differentiation, and other hormones affect sex differentiation by changing the activities of GA and cytokinin. Phytohormone and animal sex hormones are similar in affecting the sex expression in plants at physiological and biochemical levels. Molecular studies showed that phytohormone is one of the inducing signals in sex differentiation. The same hormone may induce different sex expressing processes in different plants by different signal transduction. Identification and study on genes regulating sex differentiation are helpful for revealing the molecular mechanism of phytohonnone regulating sex differentiation, and the relational work is still at the early stage.
