摘要
文章认为,中国劳动力市场当前存在的歧视问题主要表现在:劳动力的限制进入;劳动力行为的限制进入;劳动力同工不同酬;以及其它隐性歧视。中国劳动力市场中存在的歧视,首先表现为区域性歧视,但究其实质,仍是二元经济结构中的经典性歧视;导致中国劳动力市场歧视的原因,是需求导向型———但其主体是政府———与供给导向型的综合作用的结果;中国当前劳动力市场中的歧视是发展过程中的歧视,但其负面影响不容忽视:造成效益损失,其中国有企业又是效益损失最大的受害者;影响全国统一、开放、有序的劳动力市场建立;致使政府行为越位、错位,劳动管理部门寻租活动猖獗,劳动力黑市屡禁不止;
Abstract The discrimination issue existing in China's present labour market mainly shows as follows: labour restrictedly enters market, labour's behaviour restrictedly enters market, the same labour but different pay, and so on. The reason leading China's labour market discrimination is the outcome of demand oriented and supply oriented economic structures working. China's labour market discrimination will bring some negative effects: efficiency losing and the State owned enterprises are the most losers, influencing estalishing the unified, opened, and ordered labour market all around our country, etc.
