改性丝光沸石用作甲胺化反应催化剂的研究——涂渍铈改性丝光沸石

摘要 研究了磷酸三甲酯、亚磷酸三甲酯、涂渍液A涂渍于铈改性丝光沸石催化剂时,对常压固定床上甲胺化反应的影响;考察了不同涂渍条件(涂渍时间、涂渍温度及涂渍液浓度)下催化剂的活性及选择性,筛选出一较佳制备条件,所制催化剂的二甲胺选择性达98.7%. The paper discusses the spreading of trimethyl phosphate, trimethyl phosphite and spreading liquid A on cerium modified mordenite as a catalyst. The effects on the amination reaction under the atmospheric pressure in a fixed bed are studied. The activity and selectivity of the catalyst under different spreading conditions (such as the time and temperature of spreading, the concentration of the spreading liquid) are investigated. A better condition is chosen so that optimal spreading properties can be shown on cerium modified mordenite. And the selectivity of catalyst made under this condition reaches 98.7% for dimethylamine.
