摘要
为获得窄分布的聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPA)试样,对在叔丁醇溶液中经自由基聚合得到的PNIPA进行逐步沉淀分级(所用溶剂为丙酮,沉淀剂为正己烷或正庚烷),并用特性粘数、GPC进行表征.随沉淀剂在溶液中的比例增大,沉淀出来的浓相级分的分子量逐步降低.所得各级分PNIPA的分子量范围Mw为7×104~330×104,分子量分布指数Mw/Mn=1.2~1.5.
Poly(N_isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPA) was radically synthesized in tert_butanol and fractionated by repeat precipitation to produce PNIPA samples with a narrow molecular weight distribution. The solvent used was acetone and the non_solvent hexane or heptane. Fractionated PNIPA was characterized with intrinsic viscosity and gel permeation chromatography. As the content of non_solvent in the solution increases the molecular weight of the PNIPA fraction in the precipitated phase decreases. Fractionated PNIPA samples have molecular weight of 7×104~330×104 and molecular weight distribution index Mw/Mn=1.2~1.5.
