摘要
传统的SPECT反投影断层重建技术只能得到较模糊的图象.基于统计成象模型的断层重建技术,能补偿随机干扰、衰减、散射等因素所造成的图象降质,从而提高图象质量.本文介绍了SPECT成象的统计模型及最大似然断层重建算法.从计算机模拟结果可见,新方法能较大程度地改善重建图象的质量.
Conventional filtered backprojection reconstruction technique can only give `blurred' images of SPECT. Reconstruction methods based on statistical imaging model can compensate the image degrade by random noise, attenuation and scatter, thus improving reconstructed image quality. In this paper, a statistical imaging model of SPECT and a maximum likelihood reconstruction technique are presented. Simulated results show that the new reconstruction technique can improve image quality compared to filtered backprojection method.
