摘要
为观察金玄痔科熏洗散在治疗肛肠疾病及术后并发症的效果，将我院诊治的200例肛肠疾病及手术患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组120例采用金玄痔科熏洗散熏洗治疗，对照组80例采用苦黄洗液熏洗治疗，均在1周后进行疗效评估。结果显示，治疗组和对照组治疗1周后的总显效率分别为90．8％和68．8％，总治愈率分别为52．5％和33．8％（P〈0．05）。结果表明，金玄痔科熏洗散治疗肛肠疾病及术后并发症有显著疗效。
The objective of this study is to observe the therapentic efficacy of Jinxuanzhike fumigating power applied in postoperative complications of anorectal surgical operation. Two hundred patients with anorectal diseases and undergone anoreetal surgical operations were divided into two groups,patients in the study group（ n = 120） received Jinxuanzhike fumigating powder, while patients in the controlled group（ n = 80） received Kuhuang lotion for fumigation and washing. Therapeutic evaluation was made one week after fumigating and washing treatment in the two groups. Results showed that the general improvement rate in the study group and controlled group was 90.8% and 68.8% respectively,and the cure rate was 52.5% and 33.8%（ P d0.05） respectively. It is concluded that the fumingating power is a fine agent in the treatment of anorectal diseases and postoperative complications of anorectal diseases.
