摘要
研究并建立了一种液液连续萃取无分散流动注射(FI)在线监测系统。其基本思想是:在水相中的被分析物首先采用液液连续萃取的方法被分离并富集到一有机相中,然后用首次提出的无分散FI技术进行在线监测,使萃取分析的灵敏度得到提高。对Zn2+-双硫腙萃取体系的研究表明,在最佳实验条件下,萃取百分率可达到88.4%;无分散在线监测的结果表明,当用8.8×10-7mol/LZn2+的标准溶液监测时,相对标准偏差为1.3%,采样频率为60样·h-1。
The system of continuous liquid liquid extraction dispersion free FI on line monitoring is investigated. First, the analyte in the aqueous phase is extracted and proconcentrated into the organic phase by continuous liquid liquid extraction; then it is monitoried by a dispersion free FI technique. The syestem acquires higher sensitivity than the conventional FI extraction. Measurement of the Zinc indicates the effciency of extraction is about 88.4% at a optimum condition. A routine sampling rate of 60 determinations per hour could be achieved with RSD 1.3% at the 8.8×10 -7 mol·L -1 level.
