摘要
通过对J55套管在长庆油田腐蚀环境中耐蚀性的研究发现,无论是在洛河水还是在油层水中均存在点蚀现象。洛河水中的腐蚀产物主要是Fe2(SO4)3、Fe2(OH)2(SO4)2、Fe2NaOH(SO3)2,油层水中的腐蚀产物主要是FeS,从而说明,在洛河水中,套管主要遭受氧去极化腐蚀,在油层水中,H2S腐蚀和垢下腐蚀引起的点蚀占主导。而且,套管抗外腐蚀和点蚀的能力是决定套管寿命的主要因素。
Abstract Corrosion resisting of J55 casing in the corrosion environment of Changqing oil field was studied. Pitting was found in two kinds of environment. In Luohe Water,corrosionproductsmainly were Fe_2(SO_4)_3, Fe_2(OH)_2(SO_4)_2, Fe_2NaOH(SO_3)_2and corrosion was induced by oxygen reduction reaction. In Reservoir Water, principal corrosion products was FeS,H_2S corrosion and down scale corrosion were the primary corrosion factors.
