摘要 介绍了炼油厂催化主风机组(烟气轮机+主风机+电动机/发电机)性能在线标定、主风机工作点、喘振线及反喘振线设置及其在线状态监测系统的设计和实施方法。性能标定采用美国机械工程师协会(ASME)编制的《动力试验法规》,用最小二乘法对厂家提供的主风机性能曲线做了拟合,并考虑了随温度和转速的变化。反喘振线按操作工况下喘振流量加5%生成。该系统具有打印报表、超限报警、事故追忆、屏幕显示等多种功能。 Design and implementation method of on line monitor system of operating condition of the main fan set(Expander+Compressor+Motor/Generator) for the catalyst cracker in the petrochemical industry is introduced. This system includes power balance calculation, anti-surge monitor for large axialflow compressor and math model of spot test. The field power test standard which comes from ASME is used in the performance test of main fan set. The performance curves are fitted with the least square method, and the variation of inlet air temperature and the axle rate of the compressor are considered. The surge line to the local flow added 5% becomes the anti-surge line. The system has functions of printing, alarming, accident recalling, screen displaying.
