摘要
从江苏省苏北地区6市的不同类型土壤采集土样422份,分离出苏云金杆菌76株。经形态学观察、生理生化反应及血清学鉴定,认为它们分别属于苏云金杆菌库斯塔克亚种,血清型H3(Bacilusthuringiensissubsp.kurstaki,serotypeH3);鲇泽亚种,血清型H7(Bacilusthuringiensissubsp.aizawai,serotypeH7);达姆斯塔特亚种,血清型H10(Bacilusthuringiensissubsp.darmstadiensis,serotypeH10);科尔默亚种,血清型H21(Bacilusthuringiensissubsp.colmeri,serotypeH21)和贵阳亚种,血清型H43(Bacilusthuringiensissubsp.guiyangiensis,serotypeH43);另有1株自凝菌(auto-agglutinate)。苏北地区出菌土样率为15.2%,出菌率为18%,优势血清型为H3、H10和H21。还讨论了不同类型植被和不同pH值土壤中苏云金杆菌的分布特点。通过对76个分离株的毒力测定,筛选出4个对赤松毛虫、小菜蛾、玉米?
According to the different sorts of soils,76 Bt isolates of Bacillus thuringiensis were isolated in 422 soil samples from the North part of Jiangsu Province.The results of morphological characters,biochemical reactions and Hserotype identification indicated that these isolates belonged to Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.kurstaki,serotype H3;Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.aizawai,serotype H7;Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.darmstadiensis,serotype H10;Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.colmeri,serotype H21;Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.guiyangiensis,serotype H43 and autoagglutinate,respectively.The rate of soils sample with Bt and the rate of Bt isolates in the North part of Jiangsu Province were 152% and 18%,respectively.Predominant serotypes were H3,H10 and H21.The distribution character of Bt in different pH value and plant covers of varioussoilshadalsobeendiscussed.The results of bioassay showed that four isolates (especially Ly3032 and Js2101 strain) had high toxicity to such major forest and crop pests as Dendrolimus spectabilis,Plutlles xylostells and Ostrinin furnacalis.They will supply important resource of Bt strain for developing high toxicity insecticides.
