摘要
在提出节水灌溉工程综合评价指标体系及结构模型的基础上,研究了节水灌溉工程模糊综合评价的理论和方法。实例研究结果表明,采用这一理论及模型,为节水灌溉工程方案的合理决策,提供了科学依据和有效手段。
Based on the establishment of an index system and a structural model, the theory and method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for water saving irrigation system(WSIS) are discussed in this paper. A case study shows that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a scientific and effective method of making decision in development of a WSIS.
