摘要
本文通过对三百年来承德干旱灾害的记录和对自1680年以来承德旱涝等级的变化分析，分析出自清朝来，尤其是中华人民共和国成立后，承德地理环境演变的趋势是干旱程度逐渐加强，水土流失、植被减少趋势明显。并分析了造成这种趋势的原因。
The paper analyes the record of Cheng De's disaster of drough in the past 3OOyears and the changing of Cheng De's the degree of drough and excessive rain since l68O- Itanalyes that the tendency evolution is the degree of drough is becoming more and more seri-ous and the tendency of Cheng De's geography enviroment of loss water and erosion of soil,regetation reduse is very obvious since Qing dynasty especialy after liberation. In additionbesides analyes the reasion of resuiting in this tendency and the method of solving.
