摘要
采用平板计数和MPN计数法测定了德州市五种土壤中多种生理类群微生物的数量.结果表明,在研究的土壤中,原核微生物的数量最多.由于土壤偏碱性,放线菌的数量较多,其在建筑用地和5年柳林中的数量甚至超过细菌,真菌在各种土壤中都是最少.各种生理类群微生物的数量变化较大,氨化细菌、亚硝化细菌、反硝化细菌、好氧固氮菌和微嗜氮菌、厌氧固氮菌、磷细菌数量最多,是土壤中的主要功能群.通过探讨土地利用变化对微生物功能群的影响,为发掘土壤微生物资源和定向控制土壤微生物研究奠定基础.
The microbial numbers in five different soil ecosystems of Dezhou city were investigated with plate counts method and MPN counts method. The ersult was that the number of prokaryotic microbe was the biggest. The population of aetinomyces was quite a few, even more than bacteria in construction land and forest land of willow aged at 5 years. The population of fungi was the fewest in these soil samples. The main microbial functional groups were ammonifying, nitrite, denitrifying, aerobic dinitrogen fixed bacteria, anaerobic dinitrogen fixed bacteria and phosphorus bacteria. This research was the basic of finding new mi- crobial resource and even was the basic of controlling soil microbe directional.
