摘要
本文介绍了投融资对于企业特别是中小企业的重要性及其风险。对投融资可行性研究中的零次情报进行了研究,包括:投融资运作中零次情报的收集和分析;综合运用灰色系统理论的灰色关联分析、灰评估方法建立了融资投目标企业的灰色选择模型。以防止投融资可行性研究中产生的零次情报的流失,为投融资决策提供依据、减少风险,使投融资运作的决策过程更为准确、快速。
Importance and risk of financing or investment is briefly introduced.It is discussed that collecting and analyzing of Zero Level Information generated during feasibility study of financing or investment.And this paper establishes an index system for evaluating target enterprises,and builds grey selecting model to select target enterprises using grey relation analyzing method and grey evaluating method based on grey system theory.Thus loss of the information can be prevented in this process.Then velocity and efficiency of utilizing of information will be promoted,and the decision-making should be accurate and quickly as well.
