摘要
铁路货车超偏载检测装置在保证铁路运输安全方面发挥了重要的作用,但运用中也存在一些问题。分析了问题产生的原因,提出不断完善超偏载检测装置的运用管理,加强有关人员的素质培训,以便更好地发挥超偏载检测装置的作用,提高铁路货物运输质量。
Overload and unbalanced load detecting device plays an important role in ensuring railway transportation safety. However, there are some problems in the application. This paper analyzes the causes, and then proposes to improve the application and management of overload and unbalanced load detecting device and increase quality training on concerned persons, in order to better apply the overload and unbalanced load detecting device and improve railway freight transport quality.
