分析企业物资供应过程中存在的问题,强调企业物资供应过程控制是对物资供应工作的统筹管理,是对供应风险的识别、防范、控制和化解,提出了建立物资供应过程控制体系、市场分析、进度控制、合同管理、质量控制、物流控制、供应商动态考核、处理突发事件的应急预案、增强队伍素质等措施。
Analyzes existing problems in enterprise materials supply process, emphasizes on that control of enterprise materials supply process is critical path management of materials supply, and that it is identification, prevention, control and solution of supply risks, and pro- vides such measures as setting up system for materials supply process control, market analysis, schedule control, contract management, quality control, logistics control, dynamic check of supplier, contingency plan for accidents, as well as enhancing essence of employees. The paper also gives some application examples.
