摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的配合和护理要点。方法:通过我院1326例LC术的术中护理配合的总结与分析。结果:1183病人顺利完成手术,143例中转开腹手术。结论:术前的充分准备,术中熟练的手术配合是提高工作效率,确保手术成功的重要保证。
Objective：To evaluate the laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） and care co-ordination points. Methods： 1326 cases of LC in our hospital patients in the care of patients with a summary and analysis. Results ： 1183 cases of the successful completion of surgery patients, 143 cases of transit laparotomy. Conclusions： full preoperative preparation ,intraoperative surgery with skilled work is to improve efficiency and ensure the success of an important guarantee for the operation.
