摘要
基于多学科优化理论,将人机工程学和能量优化法的原理同时运用在农用车辆座椅的优化设计中。分析人体背部曲线,并对座椅靠背曲线进行拟合,确定关键点的约束条件,从而得出更符合人体生理曲线的座椅靠背曲线。利用改进曲面能量优化法和多学科优化的方法,结合人机工程学的约束条件,建立多目标优化的农用汽车座椅曲面数学模型,并利用MATLAB优化出最佳的曲面。最终,结合CATIA软件对汽车的座椅进行建模,分析曲律变化,并证明了方法的有效性。
Based on the theory of Multidisciplinary design optimization, the Ergonomics and Energy are used to the Agricultural machinery of surfaces optimization. Analyzing the back curve of human body, fitting of the back curve, fixing the constraint conditions, the seat back curve which is more conformed to physiological principle is obtained. Using the methods of improved Energy and Multidisciplinary optimization, combining the constraint conditions on ergonomics, the model of Agricultural car chair is built. And combined the software of CATIA and MATLAB, obtain the model, analyze the varying of curvature, the validity of this method is proved.
