摘要
针对亚麻收获条件复杂、人工拔麻劳动强度大、费用高、效率低和收获时间长等生产实际,研制了适应亚麻机械化收获的4FZ-140型自走式亚麻拔麻机,重点解决了快速有序无损伤拔麻技术、柔性夹持输送及放铺技术,研究了分禾机构、拔麻台、铺放装置结构和技术参数。经田间试验和生产考核表明,研制的自走式亚麻拔麻机具有操作简便、工作可靠、拔取亚麻铺放有序以及能收获倒伏严重的亚麻等显著特点。
In view of the production performance during flax harvesting, such as complex factors, great labor intensity, high cost, inefficiency and time wasting, 4FZ - 140 type self - propelled flax harvester was developed for the purpose of mechanization in flax harvesting. It focuses on solving such technical problems like fast, ordered and scatheless flax pulling and flexible hold conveying and lying. Researches were made on the structure of pulling pans, flexible hold conveying units and motion parameters. Tested in field and production, the machine shows many advantages like easy operation, secure working, ordering and pulling of serious lodging plants. The machine has good spread prospect and use value.
