摘要
目的:本文研究了枸杞和桑叶的提取工艺,并利用两种提取物的混合物针对Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用进行了研究。方法:利用复合酶对枸杞进行酶解提取,利用膜技术对桑叶β-环糊精水提液进行处理;以枸杞多糖(polysaccharide of Lycium)、桑叶总多糖(total polysaccharide of Morus)和桑叶总黄酮(toal flavoneof Morus)为评估标准。对注射四氧嘧啶形成的Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠灌胃以上两种提取物,检测小鼠血糖变化。结果:枸杞提取物和桑叶膜处理提取物对Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠有明显的降血糖作用。结论:枸杞、桑叶这类降糖功能食品或药品的开发具有广阔的前景。
Objective:This paper to study the methods of extraction of Lycium chinense Mil fruit and Morus alba L. leafage, and the effect of this compound on the diabetic mouse, Methods: With the compound plant enzyme to hydrolyze Lycium chinense Mil fruit then extract; to process CD solution of Morus alba L. leafage with the membrane technology, Polysaccharide of Lycium, total polysaccharide and toal flavone of Morus for the assessment criteria, to detect the effects on the blood sugar of mouse which form II type diabetic mouse injected AllOXan then the compound of two extract. Results:It shows this compound can reduce blood suger on ii type diabetic mouse obviously. Conclusions:The development of Lycium chinense Mil fruit and Morus alba L, leafage as food or drug will have broad prospects.
