该文阐述了建立县级综合决策信息网络系统的重要意义，分析了系统的需求，讨论了网络结构的设计和综合决策信息系统的设计，并提出了实施方案，最后给出了一个具体的开发实例。
This paper explains the importance of establishing the County-level Decision Supported Information Network System. We analyze the need of the system, and discuss the design of network architecture and Decision Supported Information System. Finally, we give a practical example.
