摘要
严重的干旱和水资源短缺已成为阜新县农业和农村经济发展的瓶颈。通过对阜新县农业基本情况的调查研究,探讨制约其农业和农村经济可持续发展的因素,并提出适合阜新地区的旱作节水农业发展模式,即耕地资源1∶4∶3∶2的利用模式。分析结果表明,该发展模式具有良好的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。
The serious drought and the water resources short have become the Fuxin County agriculture and the rural economic development the bottle diameter. This paper discussed the restrictive factors in sustainable development of agriculture and rural economy based on investigation and research on agriculture in Fuxin. And development pattern of dry fanning and water saving agriculture that adapted to Fuxin region was put forward, that is the utilizing mode of 1：4：3：2 for cultivated land resource. The analysis results showed that the development pattern has good economic, social and ecological benefits.
