摘要
介绍自行设计的小型扭矩试验机的控制检测系统工作原理、关键机电设备的选择和基本软件系统设计。所设计的试验机具有结构简单、量程小、功耗小、易操作等优点。通过对小扭矩材料进行加载试验,证明该扭转试验机测控系统可以基本满足扭转试验准确性的要求,试验结果较为可信。
The study introduces the principle of measurement and controlling system of miniature torsion testing machine designed by myself, in terms of the choice of key mechanical and electrical equipment and the design of basic software system. The testing machine has many advantages, such as simple structure, small scale, little power loss and easy to be operated. The testing machine can realize the experiment study of non-metallic torsion.
