摘要
根据中、高渗透油藏的压裂特点,一方面,分析了中、高渗透油藏近井地带流体的流动模式、裂缝对油藏出砂的控制机理、岩石破坏机理。另一方面,还讨论了裂缝缓解或避免岩石破坏的作用、裂缝对降低流体携带微粒能力的作用、裂缝支撑带对地层微粒的桥堵作用以及压裂对减轻生产过程中油藏深部伤害的作用机理。并利用该机理指导了高17-9等四口井的压裂设计和施工,其中,在高17-9井的施工过程中,加石英砂10.33m3、涂料砂0.5m3,仅用压裂液43m3,结束时压力升高明显,1年累计增油近2000t,取得了较好的增油效果,为应用上述机理指导其它中、高渗透油藏的压裂防砂取得了宝贵经验。
According to the fracturing features of middlehigh permeability reservoirs, the paper first studied flow pattern in near wellbore area, control mechanism of fractures on sand production and mechanism of rock failure. Then, effect of fractures on retarding or avoiding rock break, on reducing particle carrying capacity of fluid, bridge plug effect of fracture supporting zone on formation fines, and fracturing effect on reducing deep formation damage during production period, are discussed. Fracturing design and construction of four wells are guided by abovementioned mechanism. During the operation process of Gao 179 well, 43m3 fracturing fluid including 10.33m3 silica sand and 0.5m3 coating sand is used for the fracturing construction. At the end of the operation, the pressure increases obviously and cumulative oil increase is about 2000t in a year. This satisfied result provides valuable experiences for fracturesand control in high permeability reservoirs.
