采输系统设备腐蚀结垢的原因及对策 被引量:2

STUDY ON THE CAUSE OF CORROSION AND SCALING FORMATION IN OIL PRODUCING AND GATHERING SYSTEM EQUIPMENT

摘要 前大采油厂采用注水开发后,油井含水上升较快,目前已达70%以上,采油系统和集输系统设备的腐蚀结垢日趋严重。针对前大采油厂的现场实际情况,采用X射线衍射、形貌照相、灼烧法等多种分析手段对该厂的腐蚀结垢性原因进行了分析研究,并在此基础上研制出适合该水质条件的缓蚀阻垢剂FFG—1,室内试验和现场挂片实验证明,采用FFG—1能有效的抑制该采油厂多种因素引起的腐蚀结垢。 The water cut in oil wells in Qianda Oilfield has increased quickly beyond 70% in 3 years due to water flooding.The corrosion and scaling formation in oil production and gathering equipment become more and more serious.We used many analysis methods to study the cause of corrosion and scaling formation.On the basis of the results,a kind of combined inhibitor FFG-1 was developed.The laboratory and field test results show that inhibitor FFG-1 can prevent the corrosion and scaling formation in Qianda Oilfield effectively.
