摘要
通过对某石油焦化厂引焦器的液压同步系统易出现“卡死”故障的分析，提出一种能自动补偿双缸同步误差的液压系统改进方案，工程应用结果表明。
Based on the analysis of the sticking trouble often happened in the coke guiders hydraulic synchronous system at a petrochemical coking work,this paper presents a new improvement on hydraulic system which can automatically compensate bi cylinder synchronous error,Its application of this coke guiders technological innovation proves that the bi cylinder synchronous accuracy satifies the design requirement.
