摘要
介绍了基于虚拟仪器技术的牧草种子加工成套设备的测控系统硬件和软件设计。检测参数包括振动频率、风速、风量、转速、温度、角度等多种参量,并对机器的运转工况尤其是种子在机器内部的加工质量进行了视频监视。控制参数包括电机转速、筛面振动频率、风速和风量等,并实现了成套加工机组的工作流程自动控制功能。软件以虚拟仪器技术为核心,将先进的图形用户界面、动画仿真和视频监视等技术有机结合,设计了人性化的人机交互界面。智能化测控系统的研究,全面提升了牧草种子加工成套设备的智能化水平。
Hardware and software design of grass seed processing complete sets of equipment intelligent monitoring and control system based on virtual instrument technology are introduced. Testing parameter includes vibratory frequency, wind speed, air volume, speed, temperature, angle and other parameters, and carying out video monitor for the machine running conditions, especially the quality of the seed processed within the machine. Control parameters including motor speed, screen surface vi- bratory frequency, wind speed and air volume, and achieve automatic control of working process of complete sets of processing units. Software centers on virtual instrument technology combined advanced graphical user interface, animation emulation organic with video surveillance technologies to design the human - computer interface. Research on intelligent monitoring and control system fully improved the intelligent level of the grass seed processing complete sets of equipment.
