摘要
针对可移式管螺纹成型机管件定位夹紧的要求,设计、分析和研究了差动螺旋机构的管件夹具,并通过Pro/E进行了三维零件造型和虚拟装配。从虚拟制造到实体制造的管件夹具完全满足实际工作需要,该管件夹具为成型非直轴线圆管螺纹提供了可靠保证。研究结果对螺旋机构的理论分析和应用发展具有一定的现实意义。
Pipe fixture of the differential corkscrew machine is designed, analyzed and studied for movable forming machine of pipe thread tube clamp poaitioning requirements, the stress of the three - dimensional modeling and virtual assembly, screw is analyzed by Pro/E. Pipe fixture fully meet the actual work required from the virtual manufacturing to object manufacturing, reliable guarantee is provided to non - straight axis pipe thread by the Pipe fixture. The results has a certain practical significance for theoretical analysis and application development of spiral bodies.
