摘要
近年来相继发生的"民工荒"与"返乡潮"现象,无不凸显出农村居民实现转移就业的困难。发展职业教育应当有助于缓解类似的矛盾,但只有在统筹城乡就业的思想指导下才能更充分地发挥其作用,同时,也需要相关制度的建设、基础教育的配合,以及针对自身改革的深入研究。
Difficulties of the change from villager to citizen can be seen from something like unbalance between supply and demand of migrated rural workers in China these years. To propel vocational education seems to be helpful if the idea of overall planning for urban and rural employment were adopted.
