摘要
介绍了一种描述企业竞争优势的模型。这种模型不仅可以定量描述企业的总体竞争力，同时也可以识别出企业的优势与劣势。文中也讨论了该种模型在我国应用的特殊性，并用该模型对我国企业的竞争力进行了分析。
An industrial competitiveness model is introduced in this paper.The model is not only instrumental in quantifying the overall competitiveness levels of a manufacturing company, but also useful in identifying specific weaknesses and strengths of a given industrial firm.Some special aspects are discussed with the model used in our country and the model is used in identifying the competitiveness of a Chinese firm.
