摘要
为了提高客车车身外观的装饰性和耐久性,对客车涂装各工艺包括涂装前处理、喷涂防绣底漆、涂腻子、打磨、中涂、补腻子和打磨以及喷涂面漆等进行了研究。提出了客车车身色彩、色带的设计理念与涂装方法,研究了国内客车防腐的趋势及新工艺新材料。
In order to improve the decorative and durability of the bus body appearance,the paper studies the coating technology including treatment before painting, spraying anti-embroidered coat, antirust primer, sanding, putty, floating coat, etc. It proposes bus body color, ribbon design and painting methods, the domestic anti-corrosion airbus trends and new technology and new materials. The results show that improving the decorative and durability of the bus body appearance should take each steps.
