摘要
为了确定海藻多糖片的制备工艺,采用单因素实验、正交实验等方法,对海藻多糖片处方进行筛选。最终确定优选处方为:崩解剂羧甲基淀粉钠用量为17g;预胶化淀粉和微晶纤维素比例为2:1;辅料与药粉的比例为1:0.5;以2%PVPK30、80%乙醇溶液作为黏合剂;适量硬脂酸镁为润滑剂;硬度控制为45~55N。制备的片剂质量符合中国药典(2005版)有关项下规定,该制剂制备工艺合理可行。
To develop the preparation technique of Seaweed polysaccharide tablets, the preparation technique was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiment, and the disintegration, rigidity and brittleness were used as quality indicators. The definite optimizing technique was followed. The optimum content of CMS-Na was 17 g. The optimum ratio of starch-gel to MCC, accessory to powder was 2 to 1,and 1 to 0. 5, respectively. PPVPKa0 and 80 % ethanol were used as adhesive, while magnesium stearate was uesd as lubricant. Brittleness of tablet was between 45 N and 55 N. The quality of the optimized Seaweed polysaccharide tablet meets the criterion of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005), and the preparation technique is a good technique for preparation.
