hs-CRP和Tn-I与冠心病严重程度的相关性研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及肌钙蛋白I(Tn-I)与冠心病严重程度的相关性。方法选择2007年5月-2008年10月在心内科住院的疑似冠心病患者86例,其中男性47例,女性39例。所有患者均通过化学发光法检测hs-CRP及Tn-I值,并行冠脉造影计算Gensini积分对冠脉病变程度进行定量评分。根据临床诊断及冠脉病变程度进行分组。通过统计处理进一步明确hs-CRP及Tn-I与冠心病严重程度的相关性。结果hs-CRP及Tn-I与冠心病严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05);hs-CRP与冠脉病变程度无相关性,Tn-I在1~25分组与26~50分组、1~25分组与51~152分组间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论hs-CRP和Tn-I均可预测冠心病严重程度,但仅Tn-I与冠脉中重度病变密切相关。 Objective Cardiac biomarkers,including high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and cardiac troponin-I ( Tn- I) ,have been association with patients with coronary heart disease(CAD). Thus,in the present study the correlation between hs- CRP/Tn-I and the severity of CAD. Methods The levels of hs-CRP and Tn-I were measured in 86 inhospital medical patiens (47 males and 39 females) from May 2007 to October 2008. All of the patients were tested through coronary angiography. The severity of coronary atherosclerosis was defined by the Gensini score system. Results The levels of hs-CRP and Tn-I were significantly associated with the severity of coronary heart disease( P 〈 0. 05 ), hut the level of hs-CRP was not associated with the severity of coronary atherosclerosis( P 〉0. 05 ). The levels of Tn-I had the significant changes in the different ranges of coronary atherosclerosis( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The levels of hs-CRP and Tn-I can predict the severity of CAD, and the level of Tn-I may make the incremental prognostic value of the ranges of coronary atherosclerosis.
