摘要
目的建立城市医院与社区卫生服务机构双向转诊、信息共享网络体系。方法根据项目计划,在卫生行政管理部门组织下,由医院、社区卫生服务机构和相关IT公司分工协作为南京市鼓楼区构建双向转诊、信息共享的网络体系。结果开发了双向转诊信息管理系统,实现了包括H IS与CHSS之间的信息"有限"共享、医院合理用药系统的共享、心电远程传输、医院检验报告共享和双向转诊等服务功能。结论网络体系的建设,使双向转诊工作得到顺利实施,信息共享有效地提高了社区卫生服务的水平。
Objective To set up two-way referral and information-sharing network systems between city hospitals and community health services. Methods According to the project,the two-way referral and information-sharing network systems were set up together by the hospital, the community health services and the related IT companies in Gulou district of Nanjing under the organizations of the health administration department. Results The information management system of two-way referral was developed. The service functions were implemented including limited information-sharing between HIS and CHSS, sharing of the rational administration system of hospital, remote transmission of ECG, sharing of survey reports of hospital and the two-way referral between the hospital and community health services. Conclusion The construction of the network system enabled two-way referral to be implemented successfully. And the information sharing improved the level of community health services effectively.
