摘要
针对普通采集卡无法进行实时数据处理,无法对超声信号进行实时判伤这一问题,设计了基于DSP的数据采集卡.利用高速AD进行采样,数字信号处理器对数据进行算法处理.在DSP内部采用脉冲反射法对超声波信号进行预处理,将采样信号与选定域值进行比较,提取有用数据,利用DSP自带的USB接口将有伤信号传送给主机进行实时显示.系统采样速率为80Mbps,USB接口全速传输时传输速率可达到12 Mbps,实现了超声信号的实时处理和采集.
The DSP data acquisition card was designed in order to solve the problem that common data acquisition card can't deal with data in time and ultrasonic signal can't be disposed in time. The high speed AD was applied to collect data, and the digital signal processor was used to perform the algorithm process of the data. The pulse echo method was adopted to pre-treat the ultrasonic signal. The acquired signal was compared with the selected threshold value. The wound signal can be transmitted to the computer through USB interface of DSP. The sampling rate is 80 Mbps, and the transmitting speed of USB interface reaches 12 Mbps under full speed transmitting mode. Thus, the ultrasonic signal can be sampled and disposed in time.
