摘要
低碳经济是全球应对气候变化,实现经济社会可持续发展的一种模式。一些发达国家的低碳经济发展取得了显著的社会经济成效。文章介绍了发达国家发展低碳经济的成功经验,包括强制性法规标准、经济激励措施和发展碳交易等政策措施,同时介绍了在节约能源技术、可再生能源技术和碳捕存技术等方面的技术进步。最后,结合国外经验和我国现状,对我国低碳经济发展提出了一些启示。
Building a low-carbon economy is a global response to climate change and achievement of sustainable development. Some developed countries has achieved remarkable social and economic results when developing a low-carbon economy. The successful experiences of low-carbon economy have been introduced, including mandatory regulations and standards, economic incentives and carbon trading. Low-carbon technologies such as energy conservation technologies, renewable energy technologies and carbon capture and storage technology have also been introduced. Finally, taking into account our present conditions, make some advices on development of low-carbon economy in China.
