摘要
目的调查肠外营养患者行外周中心静脉置管术(peripherallyinserted central catheter,PICC)的效果。方法分析48例置管患者的临床资料,总结护理经验及常见护理问题的处理。结果患者导管留置3 d至3个月,在采取相应护理措施后,无一例患者发生感染或出现严重置管并发症。结论PICC置管简便易行,并发症轻微,可长期留置,具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective To investigate the effects of peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） applied in patients with parenteral nutrition. Methods Forty-eight patients with PICC application were included in our study. The nursing experience and the treatment of nursing problems were summarized. Results The duration of catheter was between 3 days to 3 months. When the corre- sponding nursing measures adopted,no infection and other serious PICC complications were found. Conclusion The method of PICC has a broad applied prospects with simplicity, fewer complications and longer time for tuber retaining.
