摘要
针对传统的轮式车辆装备理论，按照业务归口分段研究难以满足现代轮式车辆装备全面建设与管理需求的现状，提出了轮式车辆装备学理论研究的设想。在研究轮式车辆装备学基本问题的基础上，按照轮式车辆装备全系统、全寿命、全过程管理的思想，初步构建了轮式车辆装备学理论体系。论述了轮式车辆装备学理论研究应该注意的几个问题，并提出了加强轮式车辆装备学理论研究的措施和建议。
Based on the research of business section segmentation, traditional theories of wheeled vehicle equipment, which is hard to satisfy the present situation of wheeled vehicle equipment construction , the tentative idea of theoretical research on wheeled vehicle equipment is put forward. On the foundation of studying the basic problems of the subject of wheeled ve- hicle equipment, according to the wheeled vehicle thought that equips completely systematic, whole life management, the theoretical system of the subject of wheeled vehicle equipment is established. Finally, suggestions and the measures are put forward to reinforce wheeled vehicle equipment theoretical research.
