摘要
对近年来脉冲激光在皮肤科应用的文献进行了复习,依据选择性光热解作用原理,选择不同的激光波长、脉冲宽度和能量密度等参数,使各种脉冲激光在色素性疾病、血管性疾病、文身、多毛、光老化和痤疮瘢痕等皮肤疾病的治疗得到了重要的发展。笔者主要介绍其作用机制及临床应用。
The literature relating to the application of the pulsed laser in dermatology in recent years was reviewed, by using the different of wavelength, pulse width and energy density of laser the important progress was made in treatment of pigmentation disease, blood vessel disease, tatoo, unwanted hair, age spots, acne scars etc. This article will mainly introduce the mechanism and clinical practice of pulsed laser.
