摘要
目的观察CO2激光包皮环切整形改进手术的临床效果。方法比较CO2激光包皮环切整形手术37例和常规包皮环切39例术中、术后情况。结果CO2激光包皮环切整形手术,术野清晰,出血少,手术时间缩短,术后并发症少,包皮外观良好;性生活感觉良好。结论CO2激光包皮环切整形改进术,外形美观,并发症少,病者满意,是一种比较好的手术方式。
Objective In order to get the better appearance and reduce the complications, the improved plastic surgery of circumcision was used with CO2 laser according to the orthopedics principle. Methods The instances which occurred during and after circumcision with the CO2 laser vs the routine ways were compared. Results Thirty seven cases treated with CO2 laser got the better effect, including the clear eyeshot, little bleeding, shorter time, a few complications, better appearance and better feeling in the coitus. Conclusions The improved plastic surgery of circumcision is a better way because of the better appearance, a few complications and the high satisfaction.
