摘要
本文设计并实施了一个用于冷轧过程的故障诊断的实时专家系统。通过模糊理论和专家系统相结合，解决了诊断中的不确定性问题。同时采用合理的知识表达方式和模糊推理机制提高了诊断的求解效率与实时性，并在实践中取得了良好的效果。
This paper designs and implements a real-time expert system diagnosing the fault during the process of cold rolling. Combining fuzzy theory,this expert system sloves the problem of uncertainty during fault diagnosis. By using right expression of knowledge and fuzzy reasoning, this approach improves the efficiency and real-time capability of fault diagnosis and achieves a satisfied result in industrial practice.
