摘要
美国对房地产市场中的地方政府自利性主要从明确地方政府在房地产市场中的职能定位、建立和完善法律规章制度两方面规避,必须清晰界定政府与市场之间的界限、建立健全房地产市场法律法规和强化地方政府的公共性、服务性职能等方面是对我国规避房地产市场中的地方政府自利性的启示。
In order to regulate the selfishness of local government in real estate market, the central government of USA clears that the local government fixes position in function in real estate market and building and perfecting law rules and regulations, It discussed the enlightenment to our country from being obliged to limpid boundary aspect such as fixing the boundary between the government and the marketplace , building perfect real estate market laws and statutes and the public service, function lay- ing stress on and strengthening the local government in the end.
