烟苄酯合成工艺研究

摘要 烟苄酯合成工艺的研究及改进对实现其国产化具有积极意义。在实验中,将4-甲基苯乙酮还原成4-甲基-α-苯乙醇,将烟酸制成烟酰氯,两者再酯化合成烟苄酯。经正交实验,对上述合成工艺进行了优化。产品经纯化后,纯度达98%以上,收率可达70%。 Study on the synthesis of 1-(4-Methylphenyl) ethylnicotinate is of positive significance for realizing its domestical production. In this experiment, 4-methyl acetophenone was reduced to 1-(4-Methylphenyl) ethanol, and nicotinoyl chloride was prepared by nicotinic acid, then 1 -(4-Methylphenyl) ethylnicotinate was synthesized from 1 -(4-Methylphenyl) ethanol and nicotinoyl chloride. Though orthogonal experiment, synthesis technology had been optimized. The yield reaches 70%, the purity of product is above 98%.
