摘要
现行的宅基地管理制度分割了城乡土地市场,造成了大量土地资源的浪费,也阻碍了城市化进程,不利于农村经济的发展。假设允许宅基地上市流转,不仅能够打破当前一级土地市场的供给模式,也能对当前的土地收入模式产生一定影响。相应地,对宅基地上市后所涉及的问题也应作出一些设计。
Nowadays the management system of homestead divides land market into two parts, urban land market and rural land market. This system caused a great deal of waste of land resources, and hindered the process of urbanization. It is not conducive to the development of rural economy, ff homestead could be circulated, it can not only break the land supply pattern but also impact on the income mode. There should be some methods to cope with the land market system after the rural cartilage can be circulated.
