摘要
随着我国高等教育的快速发展,高等教育成本分担制度成为必然。本文对高等教育成本的应然和实然状态进行分析,并简要阐述高等教育成本分担政策实施中的一些问题,提出要确立由学生、高校、政府、企事业单位和社会人士共同分担高等教育成本的模式,通过对学生及家长收取有差别的学费、高校自身努力拓宽经费渠道、优化政府和社会基金投入等途径来实现高等教育成本的有效分担。
Along with our country higher education＇s fast development, the higher education cost shares the system to become inevitably. This article should however and the solid however condition carries on the analysis to the higher education cost, and the brief elaboration higher education cost shares in the policy implementation some questions,it is suggested that the sharingmode should be established. Universities and colleges charge different students different tuition for their education, opti-mize the governmental and public investment, and to a certain extentwiden the financing channels by themselves.
