摘要
合理的利益关系是构建和谐社会的必然要求,而中国利益关系失衡的现状却与这一要求背道而驰。因此,协调利益关系、实现利益关系合理化必然成为促进社会和谐的根本途径。生产力不够发达且发展不平衡,导致利益客体匮乏,是利益关系失衡的物质根源;转型社会的体制机制不完善、不公正是利益关系失衡的制度根源;"零和博弈"的思维方式所形成的利益观是利益关系失衡的价值论根源。
Harmonious interests relationship is the necessary demand in the construction of harmonious society, while the present situation characterizing imbalance in the interests relationship of China is utterly the opposite of the demand. Therefore,Adjusting the interests relationship to reasonable state is the fundamental and effective way to promote social harmony. The underdevelopment and imbalance of the production force, and the resulted insufficiency of objects, are the physical root of imbalance of the interests relationship; the imperfection and injustice in social transition are the system root; the benefit view which the thinking mode forms is the root of value outlook.
