摘要
我国现行农村土地征收补偿标准制度在立法及其实施上都存在大量的问题,严重影响着我国土地征收制度的和谐运行。文章在对我国农村土地征收补偿标准制度现存问题详加论述的基础上,以相当补偿原则为指导,结合现实因素,为我国农村土地征收补偿标准制度的完善提出了合理的建议。
There are too many problems existed in the legislation and practice of the rural land expropriation compensation standard system. And the harmony running of the land expropriation system is affected seriously. The article gives out a detail discussion on the problems of the rural land expropriation compensation standard system, and puts forward the suggestion to improve the system with the guidance of corresponding compensation principle.
