摘要
川西藏区自古多地震。近代以来,频繁的地震灾害给川西藏区经济社会带来巨大的灾难。文章试对近代川西藏区地震概况及当时满清和民国政府抗震救灾的措施作一初探,为近代民族地区社会史和灾害史研究增添新的视角和内容,为当下灾害应对和灾后重建提供借鉴。
Many earthquakes broke out in Tibetan Areas of West Sichuan Province since the ancient time. In the modern which brought lots of time, the earthquakes were very frequent in Tibetan Areas of West Sichuan Province, disasters to the local economy. The article is about the preliminary inquiry of the brief description of the earthquakes and the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China government＇s relief measures in Tibetan Areas of West Sichuan Province, adding a new perspective and study content to the modern social history and the study of disaster history s as well as reference for the immediate disaster response and postdisaster reconstruction.
